The original Hinckley High School used from the ‘20s to 1960 ~. The gym at the back of this building was the site of the first Harlem Globetrotters “Away” game against the Hinckley Town team. Hinckley won! Two successive additions were added by the time this photo was taken, converted the building into the grade school after the new Hinckley-Big Rock Consolidated High School was built on the east side of town.
