Does anyone have any info on the large building in this photo?
I remember in the mid 90s going inside, it was completely abandon. Now as a adult i am curious on the history of the place.
Is that building the old mothball factory on the east side of Lemont Rd, north of Plainfield?
It used to be called Curran Chemical in the early 60’s. They made bullets and hand grenades during World War 2.
