OLD ADDRESS 4S361 RIVER RD STILL RIVER RD ON COUNTY PARCELS

Originally this farm was on the southeast corner of what was then River Rd. and Ferry Rd. River Road going north into a T-intersection with Ferry Rd. This view is looking slightly southwest with Raymond Dr in the background and I-88 in the upper left hand corner. In this photo it may have been known still as River Rd. but by then the intersection was moved several hundred feet to the west and currently is known and Raymond Dr. Evidence of the old River Rd. intersection is still evident immediately west of the house to this day. Proof of the old intersection is in a photo from 1939 on Historical Aerials.

I grew up at this site, several buildings remain, currently homebase for Naperville Mulch Sales.
