Looks like Al Molitor's feed and animal operation. Buildings still there, South side of Butterfield, about 1/2 mile west of Rt 59.

Al's Feed Store was in operation going back to at least 1950. That summer, Al's Feed Store was part of a local newspaper advertising campaign by The Hesse Company of Sioux City, Iowa. Al's was a distributor of Hesse hay and grain dryers.
