By 1972, real estate development was closing in on this farm. In 1974, it was surrounded on 3 sides by residential properties. By 1983, commercial development, including the Wilshire Towers, was within about 50 feet all around the house. The current building where the house was situated came sometime between 2005 and 2007, based on aerial images.
