Arthur and Arilla Hale.

This house was built in 1925 by the Red Cross following the great 1925 tornado. It was owned by Sarah Brill who resided here with her daughter Arilla (brill) Hale and her husband Arthur Hale. Four children (Helen, Doris, Dorothy Jean and George Eddie were born and raised here. The Hales lived here until there deaths in 1983 and 1990. Eddie then lived here until his death in 2005. The land is now owned by Doris, the only remaining living child who turned 88 in 2015. The house and all buildings sat empty until 2014 when the land was cleared. This in now farmland and all the buildings are gone.
