This is the Carthage High School building (center), their parking lot (foreground) and the University of IL Extension office and 4-H barns (top).
Lots more buildings have been added since this was taken. The "North Portables" and "West Portables" have been added on the North and West sides, as well as a completely new West Wing for the Elementary.
