This is my grandparent's farm. My mother and siblings were raised on this farm. I have many great memories "farming" with my grandfather and spending time with my grandmother here, nearly 40 years ago. Everything seen in this photo is now gone. Now there are only 3 new large grain bins and two new very large storage buildings to the south side of the drive. Makes me sad to see everything gone and taken over by large farm operations. My mom still talks about "the farm" and how she misses living there. I am purchasing this as a gift for her.
