House was built in 1939 by Roy W Lee & his wife Edith he lived there until 1948 when he moved to Newton & became an auctioneer. He continued to rent the house and farm over the years after he died in 1989 his daughter Anita inherieted the property and rented it until her death in 2015. His granddaughter Cheryl currently owns the property and the house was demolished in December 2015.
