This is now part of the Blackberry Creek subdivision, near the northwest intersection of President Street and Patriot Parkway. The subdivision was just starting its development in 2002. By that time, the house was gone but some of the other buildings were still there. Aerial images from 2005 show a fully constructed subdivision and all buildings were gone.
