Originally built in the 1880's and was known as the Leroy Payne Horse's Home. Was bought in 1895 by the Nordmeyer family. Albert and Clara Nordmeyer lived there through the 1990's.House was torn down by the new owner and a another house was rebuilt. Grain bins and pig house are gone the other buildings are in bad shape.
