This was part of the Milford Nelson farm in Section 2 of Limestone Township. Behind these buildings was a very large round barn, visible in the John Drury "This is Kankakee County" book from the 1950s (page 177 - see link below). Aerial images from 1939 and 1953 suggest it was a "bank" barn, with the ramp to the big main door being perfectly aligned with the long driveway.
