The field at the top of this photo along with the house and barn hidden in the trees another part of Dr. R.C. Bubolz (Sunset Farms) We called it "Croxen's". I don't remember who owned the farm inside the rows of pine trees. The road at the top (going left to right) is County Line Rd between Manteno and Peotone. The 1980 Steve McQueen movie "The Hunter" was filmed in part on that road and in our field at the top of the photo.
