27457 W State Rd.(Route 176) & Williams Park Rd. where Xalapa Service is now located. The corn field behind the buildings belonged to my Grandfather and Grandmother whose address was 27407 North Williams Park Rd. As a young boy in the 50's & early 60's I would walk down to the Gulf gas station to buy a bottle of Kayo. I was there on Sunday, April 11, 1965 when the Palm Sunday tornado went through Island Lake. I lived there from 1990 to Dec.1999 and then sold the farm to Mr.Vignocchi of ILT Vignocchi Inc.
