The Hy-Dynamic backhoe tractor plant in Lake Bluff, Illinois. This plant closed down in 1973, two years after being acquired by the Bucyrus-Erie Company. The tractors are visible behind the building. From what I could ascertain, it has transformed into a larger facility and now houses Knauz Autopark on the SE corner of Routes 41 and 176.
