Texaco & Sunoco gas stations
Looking NE at the intersection of the 1943 US 66 Lincoln, Illinois bypass and 5th Street, which was the original 1926 alignment. The Sunoco station still stands, albeit as Bruns Service Center. Trailer park is still there also. The Sunoco station still stands, albeit as Bruns Service Center. The Shell station, in the SE corner, today is Camel's Hair-Em. The Texaco station in the NW corner is gone.
