Looking west at what appears to be an apartment complex (???). Not sure... This location is in the SW corner of Illinois State Route 121 and North Main Street, Latham, Illinois. We’re along Main Street. Building is in disrepair today. This is directly across the street from the building seen in Photo 72-LLO-16.
