I believe this is the Shell Station in Sparland at the 4-way stop on Rt. 29/17.
Looking NW at the Shell service station along Railroad Street, Illinois Routes 17 and 29, Sparland, Illinois. At this point Illinois Route 17 joins Illinois 29, from the east, off of Ferry Street, seen in the lower LH corner of the picture.
