The school is bounded by Cedar on the north, Elm to the east, Chestnut on the south, and Illinois State Route 78 to the west. The sign that is on the main building shows it as Bath-Lynchburg High School. The buildings, as of August, 2023, still stand, albeit in complete disrepair.
