I assume this is Burnett Road with the property/homestead shown to the north of the road. Not clear on the intersecting road, Poplar or maybe Midway? I ruled out Eastway since I believe the gravel road running North to the Smith homes would already have been built by 1973 and would be present in the photo if the intersection was Midway.
