El Paso Elevator Company, at Enright. An elevator existed at this location going back as early as 1901, based on a brief mention in The Grain Dealers Journal. A 1908 court case mentioned the elevator as having a storage capacity of about 45,000 bushels (neighboring landowner's two cows were killed by a train; farmer sued, long story...Google Books is awesome). After 1980, newspapers no longer mentioned the elevator and aerial photos from 1983 show the elevator gone.
