East side of US 67, 1/2 mile north of 15th ave. Ted and Dayzie Olson farm. Sold to Ben and Chad Randall in fall of 75. Chad and family lived there thru 90. Ben lived there from 91 thru 95. Sold to Charlie and Sheree Burns.
