Hi everyone! One day, around 2013, I saw this house that looked haunted. One day, I approached it with my mom and I was terrified. But, everything went well. I ended up going into this house about three times with my mom and some other people. I watched the house get demolished on July 19, 2014. Even though it was an interesting thing to watch, I wish that didn’t happen. Sometimes I wonder what my life would be like if I still had this house in my life. It was such an amazing house in my opinion. I’m even suicidal when I think about the house because I simply don’t want to live without it.

Yes, I managed this farm house for my employer - UIUC., for several years. I do know of the active- farming families who occupied the farmstead over the decades.

What is the earliest flight date recorded for this location??

Hi David,
The earliest flight we have for this county is 1966.

Hi David! If you are interested, contact me at my email and we can talk more about this Allerton Farm! I love this house and like I said I don’t want to live without it. But, I’ve been living without it for eight years now. My email is kaydenkelley23@gmail.com.

Kayden - before this house was demolished, the UIUC had to document extensive details (including architectural drawings) per illinois Historic Preservation Agency standards. Let’s also try to locate that report!?!

David, really? That’s so interesting! I really just can’t get over the fact that this house is gone. It was so amazing to me and I feel like I’m suffering without it.
