I believe this to be the Loy Greenwalt home at the NE corner of Vigal Road and Lake Service Rd. It was built in 1929 by Joseph Chase Brunk as a home for his daughter Helen and her husband.

It's impossible to tell because the image is not high enough resolution to see her face, but I would put my money on it being Helen Brunk Greenwalt, or "Ma" as she was affectionately known to Morgan Horse fans. She bred many wonderful Morgans over the years, many are still visible on pedigrees of horses today.
