10499 Old Rte 54, New Berlin, IL 62670
10499 U. S. Routes 36-54, unincorporated Bates, Illinois. View looks north. Tolliver Road goes to the north, and Loami Bates Road heads south. The Norfolk and Western Railway is seen in the photo. Also seen is the Bates Motel, located at 10400 U. S. Routes 36-54. Nothing remains today.
