My mom and dad, Ralph and Lucille Lederbrand purchased this 24 acre farm in the 1960's. They rented out the big old farmhouse in the center of the picture, until we moved into the farmhouse, in Sept 1970. My mom and dad built the little white one story in the front in 1971. We rehabbed that farmhouse one or two rooms at a time, and raised our two sons, Brad and Phil, in that home. In 2005, after my parents had passed, we sold the two homes and farm. One of my high school friends lived in the farmhouse, and I visited there several times. John and Dorothy Waddell owned the house and farm at that time.
