That's so cool to have a picture of the original homestead of the Famous Scripps family. Rushville is proud to have been a part of their legacy.
Sorry, but I don't think that's the Scripps homestead. My grandpa bought it around 1936; my dad was raised there, his brother lived there at the time the photo was taken.
