At the western edge of Mt. Carmel, Illinois, along Illinois State Route 1. North 1250 Boulevard is the road seen going west from Route 1. Just by the maps and satellite images, this looks to have been the original alignment for Illinois 1, prior to building the viaduct over the railroad.
