This is looking west from near the corner of Black Rd. and Essington Rd. The field at the bottom of the picture would be the present day Fred C. Dames Funeral home.

The note above about Land PURCHASE is wrong. In 1852 my GreatGrandFather spent $360.00 for 80 Acres to be payed off over 4 Years
