A Standard service station, located at the intersection of U. S. Alternate Route 66 and Mississippi Avenue, Elwood, Illinois. Note the Texaco service station in the background. Today, the Texaco is Elwood Auto Center Inc., and an ATM is located where the Standard station is. A new BP station has been built across from where the Texaco station is.
