Absolutely wonderful to view a piece of my past. My grandfather, Albert Piggush (my father's father) owned this farmstead. My brother and I enjoyed the many moments playing in the hen house and corn crib. I used to climb the apple trees down in the orchard. Many fond memories remain with me forever. Sadly, after my grandfather's passing a few years ago, the decision was made to sell and level the remaining buildings. The home was over 150 years old when she came down. Tears and no other word's describe the emotion when you see a piece of your life gone. The memory shall be cherished and engraved in mine and my family's hearts forever.
