My name is Matt Peterson , I am the currant owner of this property , I had made the purchase of this property from Gib Fink on the last day of December 1994 , it has been the location of my business "Matt's Auto Body" ever since . All of the fenced in area to the south has been an addition to the existing building . In 2014 I had purchased the property to the south which was a drive in restaurant for over 50 years , the building was demolished and the property was cleaned up and has a maintained grass field that continues to the centerline of Richton Road .
