This was one of the homes on the farm that my grandfather bought in 1933.This was on the route that my grandparents took to Ft. Wayne where they sold eggs to restaurants and stores. My grandmother loved this house and they were then able to buy it. The farm of about 120 acres sold for $7500.00. There was originally a large wooden barn that was moved down the hill from the other home site but burned in 1976. Since this picture the home was sold to private individuals and then subsequently to stone street gravel company.
