The address of this house is 3704 South State Road 3, Hartford City, IN 47348. My husband and I bought this house in 1995 and by that time, most of the trees shown in this picture were gone - but we have planted many others. The tree between the windmill and the chicken coop was there, but has since succumbed to disease and weather. We've built onto the house - which was originally 865 sq ft, now is maybe 1200 sq ft, plus built a 2-car garage. The chicken coop is still there, but the windmill was shaky and rusted, so we took it down. The barn looked the same when we bought the house, but we've had new siding put on. Loved finding this bit of history!
