My Father, Carl Thomas, bought this bungalow in 1968 for $9500. Our family lived there for 5 years and sold the home in 1973. My father, single-handed, built the second story you see in the photo, started in the summer of 1969. He cut the roof off the house after building all the outer walls in the attic over the winter of 1968. In the driveway is sitting a 1966 Rambler Station Wagon he bought new in 1966. The house sits on the SE corner of South 100 and East 400 Near Lebanon Indiana.

The barn at one time may have belonged to the house as a small farm, but the property line when My Father purchased the house in 1968 was just behind the garage,{you can see the line running behind the tree's} The property was 1 acre.

The exact location of the house is on the SE corner of East 100 South and South 400 East in Eastern Boone County, 4 miles East of Lebanon Indiana and 1 mile south of SR 32. 100 South is also commonly called "Copeland-Neese Road".
