This was Cecil Maurer's farm (my wife's grandfather). We moved in 31 years ago. The barn has been replaced with a metal pole barn and the corncrib was torn down. We added a 2nd story (4 bedrooms, a bathroom and a playroom). One of the big oak trees blew over in a storm (June 18, of this year) and started a fire. The house burnt to the ground. We are rebuilding on the same spot. Building should begin in March of 2022.
