This is the Original Werner Farm, dating back from 1861, when immigrant from Germany--Michael Werner homesteaded 120 acres. Platted in the incorperated town of St.Leon. This photo, taken about 1981, is where my parents, Virgil & Mary Grace Werner, raised 7 children.
