This looks like the DeCamp Bridge area and Weber's farm. Intersection of CR 18 and CR 13 and CR 115. I grew up just south of there in River Road Estates. The old Scout Cabin is just to the right of the bridge. Not a lot has changed right there but a lot more traffic now.
