This was originally the Fountain Co. Home and people with limited means could live there. It is now a private residence. It sits along side of Portland Arch Road about 2 miles north of Covington.
Loved seeing the folks tending their garden in summer, and seeing them sit in lawn chairs. Just watching all the cars going by. Was sorry to see it close. We lived on Portland Arch road for some years.
