Old Owensville School-torn down. All my relatives-Garretts and Johnsons attended here.

According to legend, it was behind this gymnasium where someone wrote in chalk "Remember Pearl Harbor" but it was seen on December 7, 1939. 2 years before the fateful day. My dad, Donald L. Wilson Sr went to this building for all of his school years.

I attended this school from 1st grade through 12th grade. My class of 1974 was the last class to graduate from here before they consolidated with Ft. Branch and Haubstadt to form Gibson Southern High School.
