This house and farm used to be located on the east side of S 625 W, just south of W 600 S (see geotag for exact location).
The majority of the property has been demolished and is now cornfield. The large barn remains but is abandoned. The house was inventoried in the 1989 IHSSI for Hendricks County; the style of the home points to a build date of c. 1850.
Historic atlases indicate that this was the house and farm of William Tincher (1825-1905) and Martha Fitts Tincher (1829-1888).
