My childhood home. There is now a large garage immediately behind the home and the small garage is gone. There are MANY more trees now thanks to my mother :) A pond is to the east side of the barn and the barn has been sided. The house now has a large wrap around porch on the south side. Lots of memories here!

This photo was taken about 2 years before we moved there. We lived there 35 years (moved in 2007). If I remember correctly, the family before us lived there 20 years. (It was a keeper.) White fence around the house has been gone for about 40 years, barn resided, huge porch on south side (really loved that), and the pasture areas now have mature trees. Built a large pole building/garage on the south side of the house. Half of it was garage and half was workshop/storage. Planted lots of flowers, but I think a lot of those are gone now. The property went all the way back to the Mississinewa River and a woods. Cut a lot of firewood for our wood stove back there. Wish we were still young enough to have stayed there, but time moves on.
