This is the farm of Stanley and Elizabeth Gilbert, my parents, east of Angola on Metz Road. It's a mile west of the crossroads in Metz. The main part of the house is hidden by the trees at lower left; the addition to the right of the trees held an indoor pool for a while and now is an immense family room. This is looking southeast; the mature hardwoods at the top of the photo were a great place to wander when I was a kid.
