This is the house where Philip Lammers lives now. The house is now house siding on it white with black shutters. Everything else is pretty much the same except there is an above ground pool on the west side and of course the trees are bigger.

Bill and Ruth Carter bought this place in the fifties and sold to Dean and Betty Skinner in the mid-to-late fifties. Phil Lammers bought from Dean and Betty in 1979 and has lived there ever since. The big metal Barn to the right of the picture was built in 1970 by the skinners.
