This is a fascinating aerial photo showing the beginnings to rapid manufacturing changes on the south east side of Lafayette. The building in the forefront started gaining momentum in the late 1930's Enter the Era of Rostone Fabrication along with the modernized development of Rosite Electrical Insulators. Standing strong in the Background is the fast running Rea Magnet Wire Corp. Concord Road divides these two powerhouse manufactures of the 50's through 80's and beyond. Around late 80's early 90's there were some hierarchy adjustments and power grabs in the works. However, the Determined American Workin Man's Picket Line formed, and almost completely blocked the access and entryway from Concord Road to the gravel road leading to the factory entrance. I've had the privileged of knowing several honorable men and friends from both facilities and both sides of the picket line.
