Lots of good memories of the big tree in front yard, swinging and a place to read where I couldn't be found. Lots of cows milked in the old barn, and ice skating on the pond in winter. Hills to climb and places to play and work in the hay. Lived here till graduated from high school and moved to Davenport. Back to this area in 1967, can't take the country out of this girl.
