This is the lake where I spent many a summer afternoon while I was growing up. It's also the place where I was baptized into the family of Christ! This brings back many happy memories for me. We had picnics on the hill - I'm remembering a Mothers Day when my sister and I baked a cake for mom. 'Lots of fun splashing around in the water.......polliwogs in my swimming suit once! And I nearly drowned here, too.....trying to help a non-swimming friend out to the dock in the deep water. Thanks to Barry Conn, we have both lived a long life! Thanks for the memories!
