Carl Hiller Sr and his wife Louise, son Carl and daughter Louise moved into the home across the street from the Charter Oak Grain displayed in this photo in 1914. Carl Sr blacksmith shop is next to the home which was later Jessen’s Auto Body at the time of this photo. Carl Sr shoes horses and built long box wagons in the building next to their house. Carl Sr died in 1945 and his wife Louise died in 1956.
