Central Emporium, 144 Lakeshore Dr., Arnolds Park, Iowa. Next door to the north (left) is West Oaks Condos; had a timeshare unit there for years, great vacation getaway! Back in the 1950's the Milwaukee Road depot was just to left of photo were the West Oaks upper building are located. The Milwaukee Road offered daily gas-electric motor car train service from Spirit Lake to Des Moines. Last run of the train was April 1952. Just to the right of Central Emporium is Arnolds Park Amusement Park. There used to be a great roller coaster in the park.
