This was The Donald K. Strayer family farm. He took it over in 1964 from his dad Kenneth J. Strayer. Kenneth got the farm from his in laws the Godden family, who farmed it for 80 plus years. Don was my dad and he sold the farm in 1978 and moved to Minnesota.
This is early fall of 1968 as we were building a new house. The old 3 story burnt on Mother's Day earlier that year.
I am the oldest son of Donald K. Strayer and was raised on this farm until I left to go into the Army in early 1975.
